DHT and adult acne from HRT and/or AAS

Alas I have found the answer. Thanx to my dermotologist. Clearasil's new formula has Benzyl Peroxide. Put a toothpaste sized squeeze in your hands and add some water from the tap. Rub hands together and cover face/head/neck, shoulders, and upper arms. One morning then again bedtime. Take 500mg vit B5 daily.

To lower DHT dose Beta Sistosterol and Stinging Nettle 3 X daily.

I am 99% cured for less than a dollar a day.

Always used BP just been missing the vitamin B5 gonna have to implement that as well.

Nettle root could also lower SHBG. This may or may not be a good thing depending on where you level is at. I would like to hear more about its effects on DHT though?
