I'd say that entry fee is on the low side.
A cursory Google shows other NPC shows at $55 and $65 for entry.

Looks like Melvin is out as the one guest poser, however her one site offers
Mr. Olympia Dexter Jackson, IFBB Pro Dennis James, IFBB Pro Darrem Charles,
IFBB Pro Bill Wilmore, and IFBB Figure Pro Petra Mertl as guest posers!

The show is open to everyone. It's a Level 4 show, almost a
national qualifier. You can enter the day of the show!
VIP tickets are only $50 and the entry fee is just $45 for competitors!

Rx Muscle will be there, IronMan photographer Reg Bradford
will be on hand, and a photographer from MD, too.
