i just bought veal liver, anyone have thoughts on eating this as one of the meals for the day? im currently cutting and need something diff to eat so its goin to be one of my meals today

I like liver earlier in the day since it's a stimulating protein. I like to use spices and cook it medium....when well done it gets chalky and dry.

You cannot find a more nutritious meat than liver. By far.
