Just starting bulking again. Right now i am 6 feet 210 not too sure about bodyfat but i am lean.
8am-1 cup oatmeal 10 egg whites 2 whole eggs
11 30am-home made weight gainer 1 cup oats 50g of protein powder.
2 30pm-8oz of chicken or steak on 4 slices of Ezekiel bread.
3ish workout
4-70 grams of wazy maize and 50g of protein
530-8-10oz of tilapia, steak, or chicken, with one cup of brown rice
730-same as 530
930-1.5 cups of cottage cheese and 1 slice of Ezekiel bread.

total calories-4895
fats-157
carbs-372
protein-496

Would you guys add anything in there or take anything out? Thanks.

milk w/ your shakes? you always gotta include Peanut Butter in a offseason.

no i dont like milk it makes me very bloated and gassy.
