Looking forward to listening in!

A little bit off topic here, but Brian, have you ever tried making tea/infusion from all these super foods and spices you have been talking about in previous shows? I'm refering to turmeric, ginger and so on. I never really thought about it, but it seems as an easy way to include those great nutrients in a diet. I just had a cup with ginger, cinnamon, turmeric and some cloves. Let that come to a boil and let it rest for 5 min. Taste was amazing! Do you think the boiling/heating could harm some of the benefits?
Once again, not trying to steal this thread. I just really appreciate your insights.

I'm sure its good for you, my issue is the fat soluble fractions will not be available - I know tumeric for one might do better in an oil versus water solvent.

And the scary thing is most of it has documented evidence - look up the USS Liberty, read the book "THe Boys On The Tracks", go to http://www.911truth.org/article.php?story=20041221155307646 for the 911 Top 40 mysteries...the list goes on and on!

We are all pawns in someone else's game....
