22 year old male, 5 foot 4, Newcastle, Australia same as Lee Priest, hoping to compete next year sometime feedback would be nice, good or bad, been training for 2 years now.

^^ What he said! Eat Big. Lift Big. Work on your lat width to increase the V - wide grip rows, rows, wide grip pull ups. Big basic stuff - squat, pull, press. Tight, intense, consistent. If you eat for growth, your lifts will increase, your size will increase.

Honestly, great progress. keep plugging away bro and you'll get where u gotta be. stay consistent, dont let up and remember that its a lifestyle, so you live this shit, you dont just live it for an hour and a half a day at the gym, no its every day 24/7, eat sleep and breathe bodybuilding.

However, if you want really good feedback ure gonna have to throw up more than just two lat spreads, bodybuilding is about the whole body, so lets see some wheels, and front shots

For 15, the upper bdy looks good,, again what do the legs look like. On legs, at 15, you need to be careful what exercise you do. Your still growing (in inches) so don't do anything to mess that up. Keep it up mate. Also, at 15, you have plenty of time so don’t get all caught up in this,, go out and be a kid,, have fun!!
