Cottage Cheese 'n' Date Granola Cup:

1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt (flavor of choice)
1/2 cup date & almond granola

Mix together cottage cheese & yogurt. Place mixture into a bowl & top with date & almond granola. Serve one.

Nutritional Information:
306 calories, 25 g protein, 47 g carbs, 4 g fat

This can be a great breakfast meal or an awesome snack.
