The Americans redeemed themselves...
They had a great showing in the 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400
The Jamaican women got them in the sprint medley and BROKE the WORLD record on top of that.

Did anybody go? or watch it on ESPN it was on for 2 hrs...

I was there in the HOT @$$ sun!!!! well worth it....

Damn, missed it. Did Lolo run? Saw her train in Gold's Venice a few weeks ago. Not a very heavy lifter with the weights but very explosive. She did these stand in one place bounders and she is very explosive.
