4 oz. water
4 oz. warm nonfat milk (no ice)
1 heaping tbsp. nonfat cottage cheese
30 g vanilla protein powder
A pinch of loose chamomile tea (or 1/4 of tea bag leaves)
1 mg liquid melatonin (or a 1-mg pill)
Stevia to sweeten (no insulin spike)

Consume this shake with one dose of ZMA ( supplying about 30 mg of zinc & 400 mg of magnesium).
