View Full Version : Hey all, been MIA for awhile, quick squat question

Hey guys and girls, so I suck at logging on frequently, but here I am to ask a question I thought you could answer for me.
I was doing squats on the smith machine to stretch, and I noticed that my hips are crooked at the bottom when Im parallel! I tried to cock them straight, and I couldnt. So one side of my hip was up higher than the other side, even though I wasnt leaning or putting more weight on one leg. So I dont know how to fix this. Any suggestions?

If it was me, I'd go to my chiropractor and make sure my hips are aligned.

Hey GM!!! I will do that, there is one right down the street from me, Im sure I can walk right in. Maybe that is all it is.

Yup, what she said^. Also, don't cross your legs at the knee.

Did you get an epidural when baby arrived? Sometimes that will 'freeze' some vertabrae into a knot, which contributes to those imbalances too.

I did have an epidural and a spinal block (c section). Maybe that has something to do with it. Hopefully I can get whatevers out back in.
