Excellent write-up, as usual. Not too medical in terms of an approach which will definitely appeal to a much larger audience.

I would like to mention that in the few clinical trials conducted where supplemental testosterone was used as a form of HRT in women, Aldactone (Spironolactone), a diuretic with anti androgenic properties was prescribed in an attempt to keep masculinizing side effects in check.
