Hey esplendido!
The new avatar looks great. You look super lean. Is that a new pic? What % bodyfat are you in the pic?

That was 1 hour after finals at the Masters Nationals last July. I never measured my BF....I just let the mirror be my guide. I don't believe in measuring BF because it then becomes a stumbling block that could make you under or overdiet. What if 4% last year gave me that look, but this year 5% does? It's possible, especially as more mass is added, AAS is rotated, diet experimented with....If I thought I needed to get to 4% and gave up 3lbs of muscle to get there because 5% worked this time, what sense does that make?

And the judges have no idea what your BF is. They're not saying "damn, he's at 2%??? He's gotta be ripped!" They're looking at the same thing you should be looking at, your image (as seen in the mirror and photos)

So, I do not use the scale or BF as any type of measure of my conditioning.

FYI, I weighed in at 235 before prejudging, and probably weighed 240 in that pic after eating and drinking throughout the day.

What do the wheels look like?

Take your shit elsewhere, YG. If that was a legit question, I'd answer, but you're a tool and not welcome on this forum. Keep posting and I'll delete them!

You look lean for 240, you were about Arnolds best competition weight ever, and at least as lean, but look longer and leaner. hence the 'tall' 6'4"..I explained that badly..lol.

Yes, skinny because of the legs. I have 20" arms and 56" chest with 34" waist in the photo so my upper body dominated my lower.

I'm 5" taller than Arnold. Same height as Ferrigno.

I think he means "skinny". :)

Lol, stop putting words in my mouth. I meant he had a long lean look, like a Zane, but at 240, that's unreal! I don't agree with the judges on that one.

I thought Lou was 6'5, he had a good 3 inches on me. I'm just about 6'2" even (was 6' 2 1/2" before I started squatting heavy, lol) I've never stood next to Arnold, but I have to Mentzer and it looks like we both had the same 6" height advantage on him. Hmmm... doesn't really matter. You're going to be huge onstage.

Hopefully, I'll come in at 250 this year. Still not "pro" size, but respectable.

Hey, cheating! Lou has his head tilted.. Seriously though, your shoulders are at the same level, he has a bigger head.. Giants!

Cool! So 250 for you would be about 235-240 (proportionately) for me?

I've worked out with Lou a few times, even matched his bodyweight then (275), although his muscularity is much more mature. We stand at the same height. He just has a big head and long arms. Look at where his hand is compared to mine. But our shoulders are at the same height.

He did compliment my tri's when we worked out. And he couldn't believe my conditioning and size when we talked at the Arnold this year (I weighed 285). He's proud of my growth, seeing how he helped me with certain training issues....LOL!

I find that every 2" equals about 10lbs, so yeah, I think you've nailed it.

I want to see the pics at 285 lbs! I bet you looked sick. I once hit that but was fat (42 1/2 waist,,ugh!).

Here's Bill Grant and me at the Arnold. 285 and 38" waist.

Dang you dwarf him, except he's still got those huge arms. They have to be over 20".

He says 19" but I agree with you. Mine are 20 3/4" there. Bill always had huge arms and still does. He's 61 in that photo.
