Holding Water.
Thing about water... many of my friends that I coach keep telling me they're holding water in their midsection as they get closer to contest and sometimes it is water retention. Often times it's not.
Here's what to do. You've got to measure your skinfolds around your bellybutton. Vertical fold about an inch to the right or left. Also measure around the supra iliac -love handle area slightly above hip bone, in towards the midline. Should be 3-4 mm. At that point you're shredded and water is no worry at all to take out (easy). If it's more, it bodyfat.

No need for diuretics at this point - focus on high protein and take vitamin B6 with 2 or 3 of your meals.
