View Full Version : I Have Officially Lost 5 Pounds!

I am now NOTASSADFATTY!

It took me approx 3 weeks I guess. I did have a couple cheats but I got right back on track the next day.

I've stuck with 45 minutes cardio. Noticed a small improvement in being able to run farther without stopping.

The most noticeable physical difference is in my hips. I have a bit more curve and there is an obvious notice in the cellulite on my butt. There is less of it.

I am now 145. Improved lifts....I can squat with 90. Decline bench with 70. Bicep curls with 12.5.

I am pleased and will keep going for 140. I will probably have a cheat in about 2 weeks just for sanity reasons.

Congratulations! Seeing the pounds come off is very motivating.

Don't drop those cheat meals. You need to reward yourself and keep your metabolism humming.

Badass... congratulations!! Progress definitely helps you to appreciate all the hard work you're putting in! Keep it up and you'll see more significant changes in no time. You're off to a great start!!

I think what's really counting is that you're taking the time to do the cardio consistently and to eat to lose.

Good job!! I feel ya, I really do- Im struggling to lose it too. Stick with it, and IGNORE THE SCALE! That sum bitch is a mind effer!!

Awesome job Sadfatty! When do you want us to change your handle lol? Keep it up...once you see the pounds come off, it is so much easier to stay on track. The hard part is over. Now continue on!
