I am 4 weeks out from the competing as a middleweight. I weighed 171lbs this morning. Here are some shots of me...pretty damn deflated as a flat tire and my body is beat up, but hey that is all part of the game! Also, a couple at the gym shots!

I am 5'6. It is all about how much muscle my frame can hold and then I will hopefully have a very productive offseason following the competition. Yep, 171lbs this morning, next time I would like to be 190lbs on stage, but one step at a time.

Wow. Awesome physique. Solid overall development and a nice small waist...and looking in great shape for 4 weeks out, too! Hope you do well!

Thanks everybody for the comments...now just need to finish this off like I started - full throttle mode!

By the way, my protocol is consistent dieting by making certain adjustments every 3-4 weeks starting 16 weeks out...manipulating carb intake has been key while maintaining high protein. Training my ass off day in and day out, recovering properly, and gradually increasing my cardio starting at 30 minutes to 45 minutes to 60 minutes (never go above 60 minutes), than tapering off about 10 days out! That is the protocol, there is no substitute but hard, consistent work. Supplements are supplements, that is a subject for more of Dave Palumbo, not me!

I will keep you all updated, but for now everybody prepping....stay strong!

Looking very very sharp! Constantly seeing little changes that make a big difference come show time. Back shots looking much tighter! Way to go!

Lets get another session in this week ... wanna shoot for Thursday? Delts/Traps/Abs ?

I will be refeeding on Wednesday day with plenty of white rice, so I will see what that does. We will figure out a day this week to grind it out like champs together! Train hard tonight BigJ!

Thanks Bro...I really do not care about what weight I come in at, as long as the mirror tells me I am ready, weight will be irrevelant, but I will be a middleweight for sure!
