Let us compile a list of ways we can use our protein powders besides just for shakes.

In the past, I have taken a scoop of chocolate protein, a teaspoon of cocoa, and two teaspoons of all natural peanut butter, and mixed it in with a bowl of hot oatmeal. Because of the heat of the oatmeal, the anpb melts and mixes well, and it makes it easier for the protein and cocoa to mix also.

I make a recipe called KrupSu (no clue on the name)
4 Eggs
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 ¼ Cup Flour
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
3 Cup Milk
375 Degrees for 30 - 40 Minutes

Each piece is VERY filling and should make about 6-8 servings. If you are NOT dieting, its great with powdered sugar on the top.
