Just want to ask how exactly carb cycling works , from what I understand you play with carbs, and theres low - high carb days, so anyone that is experienced in the matter could hand me some help? I want to lean down, im 175lbs 5'9 and 12% bodyfat my current diet is the following
1st meal
100gr of cooked oats with 1/2 cup of fat free milk
1 banana
ON 100% Whey Gold 2 scoops w/water
2nd Meal
240gr of Tuna
1 cup of brown rice
125gr of fat free yoghurt
3rd Meal
250gr of chicken breast
Salad (lettuce and broccoli)
1 cup of brown rice
4th Meal
125gr fat free yoghurt
2 scoops of Whey with water
5th Meal
1 Apple
Salad
250gr of lean fish usually Tilapia
on low carb days i would cut the oats to 70gr of cooked oats, 1 banana in 1st meal, would remove the apple at 5th meal and in 2nd meal i would remove the cup of brown rice and add another salad, everything else would stay the same, I'm doing 50mins cardio on empty stomach, the high carb days would be Monday (legs) and Friday (back) which are the days were my training is harder
Supps: Protein Powder, Multivitamin, Caffeine Pills
