What position does everyone use on the back support.

I know as far down as possible gives a greater range of motion, but I can use so much more weight for full reps (knees into the arm pits) with the support all the way up.

Opinions?

all the way down. i am not that flexible to sit up.

All the way down and my back starts to round when pressing. Bad times. So I usually have it somewhere in the middle.
