I know this area is mainly bodybuilding but I am always interested to know what kind of weights naturals push. I am by no means any stronger than the average natural weight lifter but here are my bests in the big 3

Bench X 1 /137.5 kg - 302.5 lbs/

Deadlift X 1 /200 kg - 440 lbs/

Squat X 2 /200 kg - 440 lbs/

Wouldn't a 780 deadlift raw be a World Record? For a Nattie?

It is possible to push serious weight while being natty. I train at coffee's where many Oly lifters train. One of them is Caleb Williams who set the WR Squat at his weight while natty.

He weighed in 67.5 kg and squated 327.5 kg at the Junior Worlds.

Here ya go if your interested in watching it.

Thats just crazy, sheer brute strength and determination! Cheers FLEXR6. Id like to try and increase everything by 5-10 kg by mid august, might get some bsn cell mass creatine because that really helped with strength and recovery before.

THere are some guys that are just strong as hell compared to most of us. I know that my strength gains came relatively quickly into my training compared to any real appreciable size gains.

My best lifts (also behind me now, my joints just ache too much):
Bench: 385
Squat: 550
Dead: 500

lol. I am well awhere of where this post is. Sorry, I didn't get back to this thread sooner. My squat and deadlift were with a single ply equipment. I have a 727 raw deadlift that was done in a AAPF push pull in 2005. The bench was raw (I have a video somewhere with a 675 + 60lbs chain to a 1 board w/ double ply metal shirt). And yes I competed naturally. I won the 2005 IPA worlds (am) with a 1980 total. I weighted between 320-395 during that period. The profile pic is from a late last year around 320.

I am/ was by no means anywhere the class of lifter of Mr. Johnson.

Not even close. The top pull (as far as I know) is 900+ by Mark Henry. I think it was a raw lift as well. Brad Gillingham has way over 50+ 800 (or more) pulls in contests. Met him at the Arnold this past year. It was an honor.

Dude those are some sick numbers! Congrats on that win. You are truly an inspiration to anyone who trains naturally.
You are living proof that the human body is capable of amazing feats without the use of AAS.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, and say that's amazing I have all the respect in the world for you! I managed to bench 405 on two different occasions and was really happy with myself lol trying hard to get my deadlift to 500 but 470 was the most I've gotten to date, you are a true inspiration!

Bench: 315x2
Squat: 405x3
Deadlift 545x1

I never have loaded up for a 1RM on the bench or squat, but I have wanted to, just don't have a spotter anymore. Deadlift was sumo style.

I like to do a bodybuilding workout and throw in some powerlifting in there kinda like a hybrid workout; but no I have never done a pure powerlifting workout.

Where are all the weak bastards?

Guess I'll represent.

6'1", arms a mile long, torso another mile long, weighing about 170#:

Bench 200 lbs. with a lift off and a hyoog bounce.
Squat 265 lbs. into the basement at least, but, yeah, sad weight.
Deadlift 365 lbs. and it was a round-backed mess, but I got it off the ground and standing upright.

Nowhere near even those numbers now. Oh, well.
