No, bro. Your immune system is compromised, not to mention your ability to recover. You will also spread whatever you have. That's not cool.

you are already catabolic from your illness. training with exacerbate it. however, there is literature citing the old wives tale that sweating can actually improve your chances of recovering faster. so, a hot sauna with a ton of electrolyte replacement (ie gatorade) may help you recover faster.
oh, and if you havent already, take 800mg ibuprofen and then another 400mg every 8 hours until your fever breaks... up to 72 hours.

Ahh, thank you for all the tips and advice. I didnt train yesterday and just rested. Not making up for it today just to make sure it clears my system 100%. Which my temperature is down to 98.7 which is totally normal. But still not taking any chances today.

Hey guys, lemme tell ya, this guy is only 15 years old, but hardcore as a motherfucker. Disciplined, knowledgable, and very dedicated. I wish I had been like this at 15. I admire this guy a lot.

You've earned every bit of notice that you can possibly get, and more, my friend. And I do consider you one.
