While on an average FATLOSS DIET :

How many calories you guys go below your basal metabolic rate with added exercise and daily calories burned daily ?

Is there a "limit" to this caloric deficit to spare muscle mass loss ?

How many days in a row you guys keep this caloric deficit ?

How should this caloric deficit be properly broken to ramp up fatloss ?

Which re-feed strategy worked the best for you ?

THANKS !

15-20% below maintenance cals for 6 days, then a high carb, low fat, low fiber refeed day on day 7

Well, I used to do my legendary 4000 carb refeeds, but nowadays I probably only hit a grand, maybe a grand and a half:) I don't count them even anymore, as I gauge them simply by hours.

Holy Shit balls. I feel weird eating 500 carbs for my refeed. How do you get away with so many carbs and what are the benefits?
