I was just shopping today and picked up some Red Hot but just got the regular, can any one give me a comparison of the regular vs Red Hot wing sauce

frank's is good stuff. though i love all hot sauce. im a big louisianna hot sauce user as well.

Not hotter, probably just a little less hot than the regular Red hot

Usually wing sauce is hot sauce with butter added. And yes, it's better :D

love franks, great stuff really. im the type of guy that puts hot sauce on anything and everything. pizza, eggs, burgers, fish, eggs, pb&j, kidding on the last part lol

Agreed... hot sauce goes on everything... That Frank's buffalo one is especially good on the eggs, but it is a little more expensive than the louisianna one

The wing sauce is great but I also like Red Hot with garlic in it and Cholula but the last one might just be a CA thing as I had a hard time finding it back East.

Low carb BBQ chicken breast
Ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup onions, minced
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 cup low-carb catsup
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. finely minced fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. SplendaŽ sweetener
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce low sodium
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Tabasco Sauce
1 tsp crushed hot red pepper
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions:
1. Pre heat the oven to 350f.
2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and let it get hot. Sauté the onions and the garlic for 5 minutes while stirring often.
4. Add the remaining ingredients and continue to cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Coat chicken with BBQ sauce place in oven on lightly greased cooking sheet.
5. Cook chicken for 20 mins or until no longer pink in middle.
Tip: You can also let chicken marinade in sauce for more flavors.
This recipe can be used for pork, or any kind of chicken you like.

Spicy Jalapeno chicken breasts
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice (or a non sugar added store brand)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice (fresh lime or store brand like lime aid)
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh oregano
1 4once can diced Jalapeno's with liquid
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
Directions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours. Grill or broil the chicken for about 6 minutes per side until no trace of pink remains.
Tips: Remember that using fresh ingredients is always better for you and taste better to.
I like to use my magic bullet for much easer clean up.

Man this stuff is great. Also Louisiana hot sauce is great too.
