Curious as to what everyone eats as their last meal/b4 bed....bulking and cutting....

I like Probolic-SR by MHP with 12oz 1%milk with 2 Tablespoons of PNB or 1 cup cottage cheese with 2 tablespoons of PNB and 1 scoop of whey with water

Most nights; 3 scoops whey, 1/2 cup raw oats, 2 tbs peanutbutter, very little water, eat with spoon. If I'm not very hungry; 2 scoops whey in 16 oz water.

Bulking: Approx one cup of low-fat cottage cheese with a handful of raw walnuts or almonds mixed in. I also put a cup w/two scoops of whey on top of my toilet before bed. If I have to get up and piss during the night, which I usually do, I'll mix some water in it real quick, slam it and go back to bed.

Cutting: A scoop or two of whey and a handful of raw walnuts or almonds.

10oz steak cooked or 8 oz chicken with two tablespoons of natural peanut butter with broccoli. Real food > protein powder before bed.

i usually have some chicken or fish and 1/2 cub of macadamias or 1 1/2 tbs peanut butter and about 25 g whey.

Usually two scoops of ON Casein. If I've got them I'll grab a few olives as well (I'm an olive fanatic so I usually have them on hand). I might also munch on a few pumpkin or sunflower seeds while winding down as well.

A syntha 6 shake two hours after dinner before bed, to see me through the night! In reality I would rather drink a hot chocolate made from full cream milk but I settle for the protein shake instead.

80g myotropin whey in 12oz non fat milk, 1/3 cup roasted almonds, 5g fish oil, animal pak around 1000. i wake around 300 and have another 50g myotropin whey in water, go back to bed and wake around 615.

1.5 cups of fat free cottage cheese + 1cup of skim milk + 1oz of mixed raw nuts,
or 1scoop whey isolate + 1 scoop casein with a 1.5cups of skim milk + 1oz of mixed raw nuts.

50g isolate, 24 g ON casein mixed in 12 oz water with a teaspoon of olive oil. Add 3 gel caps BCAA 1000AKG from Scifit and I'm off to bed.

Whey Isolate and ANPB...the fats slow the absorbtion and its a higher quality protein Vs casein
