whats up guys.. just tryin to bulk up before my show in october and i'm trying this new method of training.. well; atleast to me. haha. simply just squat, low incline bench press and deadlift. its awkward because it doesnt train your other bodyparts. truthfully it does.
has anyone else used this method for packing on some size??

Why wouldn't you do any type of pullup or row?

I know some powerlifters that use that protocol. Like frosty said a back width move would be a great addition.

that adds width and thickness. its reaally wierd training this way because i'm used to more of a split training method. such as bi's and chest or any other combo.
