I might incorporate them since i already do something similar. This is very explosive and I already train in this fashion anyways. Nice find, brosef, nice find.

Any tips on doing them? I tried without any weights and it was a disaster hahahaha.

Looks scary as hell to me. Can't say that I've ever tried them or even seen anybody doing that until now.

someone post a pic i cant watch the video...Get on your knees, and using nothing but the power of your quads, jump up into a standing position. This guy is doing it with weight. Starts with 135 on his shoulders for 2 reps.

well that sounds insane...

might as well do box jumps

Not if you want to have solid forward kicks. Im not sure if that's what this guy is going for but a snap that powerful can be handy.

that makes sense.

but you know some fool is going to bust something trying it.

Meh..... Im still of a high enough BF level to not want to do direct abs. I just dont see the point.

I work them functionaly, like with muay thai knees, flags, mountain climbers, leg rolls, etc. I just focus more on core strength.

I read an article or listened to an audio file by Louie Simmons once and he discussed this exercise before. I can see it being worth while for sports and maybe powerlifting or oly lifting, but def will tak a lot of time getting use to.

I would just like to try it to see if it reaps any benefits for my squatting. This guy makes a 1000lb squat look easy, so I'll assume it helps with it. They're freakin' hard though.

I do them on a swiss ball....kidding. My knees barely allow me to get off the toilet.
