Getting ready to start the keto-diet and have a couple of questions:

1) Can I use skim milk with protein or should I stick with h2o?

2)What condiments if any are safe to use? (9 plain eggs is getting hard to choke down.)

Appreciate any help.

1. No! Only water.

2. Yellow, brown, and horseradish mustards (no honey dijon), almost any hot sauce (but no BBQ sauce)...tobasco, tapatia, frank's red hot, etc, tamari, salad dressing you make out of EVOO, vinegar, and flavor mix...really almost any condiment that's got at most a gram or two of carbs for like 2 tbsp of the stuff.

You can always replace eggs with meat if you are hating eggs that much. eggs are not a requirement.
