3/4 c oats
3/4 banana(you can add other fruits)
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder(I made them with egg protein-don't do it, the egg protein does NOT cook well, they looked nasty but tasted fine.

1/4c splenda(I usually us half that amount)
1 carton of egg whites(=8 egg whites)-I have also made it with real egg whites but increased it to 12
Grind the oats in blender till fine, add other ingredients and mix well, pour into
muffin tins. I have doubled this recipe and made it in a 9x13 pan, they turned out pretty good, but the middle was mushy, so they needed to cook a bit longer.
