I use cold filtrated whey protein isolate from trueprotein.com, and I make my own effervescent creatine formula for the offseason. I use Juice Plus+, I alt. between whole wheat flour and waxy maize (trueprotein.com) for 'complex' carbs and I get amino acids from trueprotein.com/puritan. Between trueprotein.com and puritan, I can get pretty much what I need at an affordable price for my budget.
