I have been eating sirloin.

It can be dry and hard to chew if you try to cook it like tenderloin or ribeye.

I cut it into thin strips against the grain.

Then I cook it in a super hot nonstick skillet with 1 teaspoon of my olive oil. It cooks really quick, 1-2 minutes tops. I use 2 more teaspoons of olive oil on my green salad for a total of 1 tablespoon olive oil.

I put creole seasoning on the meat while it cooked last night.

No, I like to stir fry sirloin.

I think any thing that is a loin cut or a round cut is generally fine, since they are typically the leanest. Avoid marbled cuts.

Im not going into it right now but saturated fats are not as bad as super proceed ones like margarine. My opinion. Everything in moderation. I dont mean go eat ribeye everyday but sirloin is fine, filet mignon if your a gangster, eye of round is nasty. BBQed, salt and pepper mabey some oregeano.
