I dont know which movement to use for my press help me out..
DB shoulder press
Smith press from front
Or standing barbell press

My order of preference from your list
DB shoulder press (seated or standing)
standing barbell press
Smith press from front

ah I was coming to see what I could steal from other peeps today. I have shoulders as well and my brain is too tired to think of what to do.

In order: dumbbells, smith, standing. You can also stand in the smith, if you're short enough.

I always felt that since the other movements I would be doing are probably free weights, the stabilizers get worked there. So I can just load up the Smith machine and have at it.

How about:
1A - Lateral delt raises, 3x10, rest 15 seconds
1B - Barbell overhead press, medium grip, 3x10, rest 15 seconds
1C - Lateral delt raises, 3x10, rest 2 minutes
