we have a 175, 225, and 250
just to damn lazy to drag them out.
that pick makes the carry so much easier

I haven't had to do kegs yet but that does make it look pretyy easy to do the "carry" part. Thanks for the vid bro. And I like the display of Axes and Swords right where you train, "very nice" [/Borat] :)

and no worries...he is a damn good strongman. 175er
i must be odd. i dont go for the trophies, i do this for the fun
but i could use a twin for my one sword.

I hate that sandbag...have one...reminds me i should buy some sand to fill it.
you tall guys have it easy with keg carries. you can clear the keg and walk freely.
