^ lol! As I've said before, you fill a void by not neglecting the mental aspect of this game. If what you did sucked? I'd also let you know.

Cool, actually would like to hear what you, and the rare few others on this site, that do 'get it', to comment on the first half of the show. I mean, I really think we are fortunate to have the mental discipline developed by being athletes as a stepping stone to going deeper into the Matrix. From all the Super Hero movies, to TheMatrix, to Hero, Avatar etc - they all harken back to this ultimate truth, that we few are privelaged to realize and ...when the door opens, to have the courage to take that journey.

Sure.. The tune in/tune out phenomena is a real thing and you're right that peeps like Oz and the other "O" don't want us plebs to fully realise this because they want us to be hanging on their every word. To tune into your own presence or as you put it "inner matrix" empowers folks first to take responsibility for their own actions i.e stubbing out the cigarette or putting down the proverbial Twinkie. I honestly believe that people are inherently aware of what is good for them but over time with outside conditioning they become deaf to themselves and in most cases they look to others like the people mentioned to help them out of the hole but the catch is these people will only teach you enough to partially satisfy your hunger.. How does that saying go Brian? "Teach a man to fish and he'll never go hungry"? Oprah and Oz will take you fishing, supply your rod, bait your hook then try take full credit for something you could've done yourself.

This is a program you'd particularly enjoy i.e you're not a puppet. ZenFit/Brian's real strength is the ability to pass on and disseminate info to the masses.
