Here are some meals that I enjoy... Please no lectures comments about Macros

1lb Tilapia
200gram salad mix
fat free dressing (of your choice)
1/2 avocado, 1/2 tomato

Fry the tilapia in pam til crispy toss it into the salad with the avocado and dressing and mix.

another good one for cutting..

1box liquid egg whites
1 chicken breast (approx 120 gram)
mustard
1/2 tomato
handful lettuce

cut chicken breast into small pieces fry it in pam, (i like to add garlic powder) once crispy add in liquid egg whites and keep stirring it like scrambled eggs( youll need a some what big pan for this)

cut the tomato in small pieces add the eggwhites/chicken then put the lettuce mix on top and dress with mustard

pre or post workout

1box liquid egg whites
2scoop chocolate protein powder
3/4cup ezekial almond cereal

mix egg whites and chocolate protein in shaker bottle then pour over cereal

I can go on forever but those are go to meals I also have some amazing ezekial egg/chicken/avocado sandwiches and protein/almond butter/jam ezekial sandwiches...
