View Full Version : Why would I be holding water?

So I have my first show on Sat. I started my carb depletion this past fri. Increase my fluid intake on fri and yesterday I noticed that I have kankles. My upper body looks fine but my lower half looks awful. I started Xpel on Sunday. Why would my Lower half be holding on to water and what should I do?

You shouldn't be doing any water manipulation this far out . If your holding water today I wouldn't worry about it. You have 4 days to get rid of it. IMO drastic peak weeks lead to failure. I'd hit Scooby up here.

I agree 100% with Tammy here. With my clients I do no drastic water loads, sodium depletion type tricks. Your body is pretty damn smart and it will retaliate aginst radical changes every time. if you cannot get a hold of Jason email me [email protected].
