Same for me... though pre-workout and post-workout aren't exactly "meals", but since I'm putting something into my stomach, I guess it counts!

I eat every 3 hours.

I eat 6 meals, 2-2.5 hours apart. I'm eating the same base plan "off season", with a little wiggle room. Today I'll eat a cheat meal with my husband who's dieting down.

7 a day weekends are a pain and my biggest problem I forget to eat so I have been makeing all my weeks meals sunday and have them labeled. for me the diet is easy it trying to push down another can of tuna or another protein shake, chicken breast to gain the mass. I think we have all been there.

I've done up to 8 and was so annoyed I felt like I constantly was tied to food... now I do 5-6 and I feel so free lol and actually READY to eat when it's time. I think if I ever did 8 again I would supplement with shakes to make it easier, as opposed to all whole foods which is what I generally do when dieting.

6 meals 2.5-3 hours apart.

If I get home from training late meal 5 & 6 can be as close as 1.5-2 hours a part to allow me to get to sleep on time. I like to give it at least 30min after my last meal before hitting the sack.

On the weekend (not during contest prep) I have 5 because I sleep later:D

4 meals, 4-5 hours apart..i sometimes eat 5 if i'm in the offseason...my macros dictate meal frequency....when i'm dieting and my numbers start getting lower, i'd much rather eat 4 large meals, than 8 small meals.
