Aren't you the one who told me about the pimped out food scale that registers EVERYTHING when I asked this same question. Did it break? LOL

i like calorieking.com because you can log in the amount/weight of hte food in a drop down box and it changes automatically... very easy to use (doesnt have EVERYTHING on there though)

I use CalorieKing. The software allows custom foods & meals so you can add what's not on there. I've been using it for a couple of years so I haven't check out anything else recently.

I use fitday.. and I found it pretty reliable. Until I entered asparagus in and it said it had tons of fat...then I began to question it.

Fitday...easy interface. Works well. I use that for client diets as well. I screenshot the charts. Paste them into their diets. Great graphic and adds to the presentation.
