Any experiences using insulin to carb load for a competition?

Does anyone have any experence with using insulin to carb load for a competition? If so, what was the protocol used and what were the results. Thanks for any advise anyone can give.

i tried it once and it seemed to flatten me out. i think its better used off season

It works but you need to be very carefull what you are trying to load...waxy maize, glycogen, etc...10ius novolog or humolog and you should be gtg
