I am well into my summer off season, hovering around 230 lbs. I am a bloated mess :D
Lets start with yesterday's meals.

Meal 1: 2 English muffins four Jumbo eggs

Meal 2:10-12 oz of chicken breast and French Fries

Meal 3: 3 Soft Shell Steak Tacos

Meal 4: Chocolate Musclemilk and Banana( I did nothing gay with the banana)

Meal 5: 4 McDonald's hamburgers


CHESTICLES

My chest is weak compared to the rest of my body:(.

Flat Bench: 135x15 135x12 225x10 265x8 285x8

Incline Dumbell Press 100x12 110x10 120x9

Incline Dumbell Flys 30x(whatever) 40x12-15 50x12 60x10

Flat Dumbell Press ( Super Slow Movement) 110x12 110x12 110x12

Machine Fly ( Forget Weight, who looks ?) 12,10,10

Yeah, 285 x 8 for your last set of benching is pretty dern weak, you weakling. Excuse me while I go cry in a corner.
