What's up guys,

I am pretty much a noob here. Started working out last august, put on about 10lbs, but still feeling skinny fat. I'm 27 six feet tall and about 190lbs. Looking to increase lean muscle and decrease fat. Ran mass fx twice, and tried a few supps from controlled labs and gaspari.

Right now I am basically trying to get my diet in check, and figure out a new training routine for the summer.

I am actually less strong than I was on all my lifts since I started running about 15-20 miles a week, for endurance. I look forward to getting to know all you guys.

Also I will probably be running iforce Bold with 11-oxo for the summer.

Stop the running unless you want the physique of a marathon runner. Low intensity cardio is what you want.

Can you still buy 11-oxo in stores or online?

well I smoked for 9 years, even after i started lifting last august. I quit in february, and decided to focus on a lot of cardio now that my lungs could heal. I wanted to get my heart and lungs back in shape. after several months of cardio I think I will cut it down to 20 minutes or less after my lifting sessions. Dont really want a marathon body, but don't want a huge body either. I want to be heavy in the chest and shoulders and slim like those guys in the Abercrombie and Fitch ads (no homo lol)

As far as I know you can still buy 11-oxo on the bodybuilding dot com store. I am about to place my order this week once i get the cycle down.
