The "dead cardio" was difficult to say the least. It will definitely take some getting used to. I'm going to try and do it 2-3 per week for now. I sat there for about 10 minutes before I left the gym. I must have looked like I was dying because tow people came up and asked me about it.
how was your overall view of "dead cardio"? You think you could keep up with it twice per week? How bad were you huffing and puffing? lol
