PTB- You know I forgot about that- GTMA!. I honestly struggled to find pec exercises I liked and worked for me. My pecs seem to respond better when I use this movement in my routine. That and some sort of pec dec or fly and dips does best for me. Give it a shot and let me know how it works for you!
Hey HDG, I saw your post on if you had to pick one exercise per body part, what would you choose, I see you said decline bench. I know Dorian Yates in some online training vids also said it's an underrated movement and is better for your chest and less costly on the delts.
I also know you are a big HIT advocate, and I've never seen anybody suggest that move. I may use them for a while in my HIT program.
