Well right now I use post workout whey isolate + waixy maize,casein before bedtime,a multivitamin,creatine mono.it's been 9 months since I've returned to the gym,I was hospitalized for about 7 months till then after an accident,I still take it easy,My body doesn't respond like it used too yet,right now I'm around 210 pounds,still a long way towards the 230's.I do try different brands though,just to see if my body reacts better to some products

Thanks,I hope you'll have a great weekend too...I know I'll have,cause my wife is coming back home & she's bringing my fav supps (supps here in greece cost x5 times more than the USA in the stores,if you order them on line it's only x2times more,but if you carry them with you then...yeahhhhh...I get my supps the same prices with you...)
