I was going to do the Wickham as a Middleweight in November, but plans changed and I will not be able to be there. I want to make some improvements and changes and that will take time. I have no idea when I may compete again. I missed you in Vegas, too bad. I hope all is well. :-)

Thanks for taking the time to post on my profile. :-) The last time you saw me I was a stringy 148. I wake up at 197-198 now and I have the outline of my abs visible. I put most of my size on my legs, back, and amrs. I will come in at 176 at BC's. I hope to place, I do not expect to win. I am humble that way because I know everyone works hard to be on that stage.
