I'm on a four-day split but it's been a three-day split mostly. lol Incline DB Benches, dips, squats, hack squats, barbell press, and a few other exercises. Numbers are creeping back up after that four months of abject laziness. Uh, is abject Latin for embarrassing? Have a great weekend!
