yeah the weights will be increasing. then they drop again but for more reps. kinda like a wave I guess. you can't just go balls to the wall for 11 weeks straight or you'll be fried by the big day.
No cardio as of yet (cause I'm lazy) but starting this week though (cause I'm fat)... sittin' here in my dress pants getting ready for a wedding... not very comfy!! Got my groceries last night...

Hows the trainning going? do you bump up your weights each week as you get closer to the big day? Are you doing cardio for your eduance at differnt times from your lift trainning?
