I believe you are doing them seated - do your 10 reps then before you release the weight completely hold it with constant tension for 5+ seconds. Rest and repeat. It will BURN and your hams will get a great pump (like doing bicep curls for high reps).
Right or wrong, this is the most fun these boards have seen in YEARS!
Oh that's the one all right. Just leave it. As long as no one responds to his post he'll let it go. Notice how the other one chimed in to attack the other guy. LOL.
My immediate instinct was to delete that comment. I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't, of course. lol But, hey, everyone likes n00dz. Uh... or perhaps you're talking about some other "compliment" from a different Rx member. I'm not always (ever) aware. Hope your weekend is going well!
I guess coming from him I should take that as a compliment.
You bet. He might be at the two million green dots mark already, though.
Thanks for repping him for me. :-)
Now THAT is amazing. Hope his joints are holding up better than Coleman's. Sadly... I'll never have to worry about that. lol And thanks for the pep talk, coach. :-)
One of my gym friends used to be Ronnie's training partner. True story. Used to go toe to toe with Ronnie on the weights, too. He's a federal marshall. ;-)
