No way. 15g isn't too much. If you're following a low fat diet with moderate carbs and higher protein, the fish oil is actually balancing out your fat intake of omega 3:6 ratio. Keep taking the fish oil throughout the day. It will do your joints and heart a world of good.
Unfortunately, no. Its been really hard. Question: Ive been taking 15 fish oil caps per day. Some guy was saying that I am taking in way too much fat. This is my main source of fat in my diet. Other than that its high protein, moderate carbs. I mean its been working really well for me. My joints dont hurt as much and Ive lost 21 pounds and still burning fat. Do you think 15 grams of fish oil is way too much?
