Well I got off originally because I needed to just focus 100% on Nationals then George had me get blood work because I was sick-just thought it was a sinus infection but went the hospital and everything-its always something! all that work, time, blood, sweat and tears not to mention$$$ for prep person-at least I got to do a show this year won it and the overall and Masters and overall and it was a National Qualifier so I should stop whinning but you know when you have your heart set on something...I will def make it a point to check out your journal and I'm glad things are going well for you : ) xoxo
Doing good. I've got a journal in the Masters section for my prep for the Masters Challenge at the Arnold this year. Lots of good stuff. Sorry to hear you're sick. Everything ok? We were wondering where you ran off to.
lol STOP : ))) been sick-still am-I can't hear out of one ear. I go back for more blood work and dr's ahhhgain Monday-it sucks been on antibiotics, etc-fat ahhhgain-ohh well next year right! how are you?
