Happy Easter to you as well. My efforts have been derailed momentarily. Had a stomach bug and now wrestling with getting back on the horse so far as hitting the gym goes. Missed Monday's and Wednesday's workout. Maybe I needed a week's rest. I'm maintaining my eating plan so there's a plus. I'll look for your entry in the group section!
