Got some good stuff on this site. I may not subscribe to Dave's high fat diet, or use gear, but he's a damn smart guy, and you get some really good input on here from guys who have competed. I guess you and I are now 'old hands' at the competition thing.... a friend of mine refered to me as a 'champion bodybuilder',.. and after a second, I had to realize that after the two 1st places and an overall,... I guess I am! You too brother!

Hey Hey Big Man! I usually just read the main article page and listen to the podcasts on here. Didn't even realize that I could get IMs -lol (I'm too old for these computer!)
